About me
Introduction
I have degrees and scholarships from Cambridge University in Economics and Social and Political Science (BA Hons, 1st class) and Oxford University in Politics (MPhil), and experience of teaching both A-level and GCSE. My lessons are interactive, discursive and fun, and will put you in the driving-seat of your learning. I do my best to make the tricky concepts and ideas that you will encounter in economics and business management as easy to grasp as possible by using fun hypothetical examples and case-study based real examples. If you don't understand something initially, I'm always ready to listen and find different ways to help you reach a full comprehension. I have achieved high value-added and overall results in all the schools where I have taught. At Warwick, my department won national awards from the Good Schools Guide, and at Aiglon our results are amongst the top handful globally. I speak and read Japanese fluently and Chinese to a reasonable standard. I look forward to teaching you!
