I am a fourth year medical student at Newcastle University and incoming intercalating MPhil student at Cambridge University. I have designed and taught numerous sessions to other medical students on core medical curriculum subjects at the University through the roles I hold in the ENT&OMFS society and MedEd society. I have also taught medical taster sessions at local schools for prospective students.
My research has been published in the journal Clinical Otolaryngology. I was awarded the Sir James Spence prize for my contribution to paediatric and child health and the Nick Murrant Prize for best overall presentation at the Paediatric Otolaryngology in the Northern Deanary meeting. I have also presented at other national and international meetings.
I achieved the top 3% in the country for my UCAT score in 2021.
