About me
Introduction
I am an experienced teacher with a strong background in Latin, Classical Civilisation and English language teaching. I studied English and Latin at the University of St Andrews, gained a PGCE in Latin with Classics from King’s College London, and completed a Master’s in Classics and Ancient History at the University of Manchester. I have taught Latin and Classical Civilisation at KS3, GCSE and A Level for four years, and now privately tutor A Level Latin and Classical Civilisation online and in person. I also hold CELTA and DELTA qualifications and have experience teaching English language learners from beginner to advanced level, including EAL, IELTS and Business English. I enjoy creating supportive, engaging lessons that help students build confidence, improve their skills, and achieve their goals.
