I’m a Boston University alumna (Summa Cum Laude, B.S. in Public Relations with a Cinema & Media Studies minor) and recently completed my MPhil with Distinction in Film and Screen Studies at the University of Cambridge. My postgraduate studies at Cambridge focused on film theories, historiography, gender, and global cinema. I have a strong background in teaching, having led language and culture classes for adopted Chinese children in Boston and expanded enrollment fivefold through engaging, student-centered lessons. My teaching style blends structure with creativity, drawing from my experience as a content creator and PR professional, to make learning dynamic, relevant, and tailored to each student’s strengths. I'm especially strong in communication-focused subjects, writing, media, and humanities, and always aim to build students’ confidence alongside their academic ability.
