Introduction
I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford with a PhD in Human Geography, focusing on international education, migration, and development. Alongside my academic career, I bring substantial industry experience in international education consulting and project management. Prior to academia, I served as Director at an education consultancy in China, managing curriculum development, tutor teams, and student mobility programs. I have also worked as a lecturer and project manager, supporting over 300 students in their global education journeys. My work bridges research and practice, with publications in leading journals and policy reports. I am passionate about connecting academic insights with real-world impact in the field of global education and mobility.
