I have taught mathematics to so many different ages, abilities and diverse students. This includes all aspects of secondary education up to and including all of the A Level mathematics specifications. I worked for a total of thirty years in state schools which has trained me well in target setting, assessing students and supporting them through their studies and exams. I have also lectured for sixteen years at the University of Surrey. I am at present a senior lecturer in the Foundation course for the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences. I am the mathematics module lead. I also lecture year 1 undergrad students in the engineering faculty preparing them for their mathematics exams. I also run calculus boot camps for computing students. I leave my present job at the end of August as I no longer wish to work full time. I would welcome some tutoring work to occupy my time. I am very active and spend as much of my free time in my garden. I love music, the theatre, gym and needlework. I am fluent in Italian as my mother is from Italy.
