- In 2006, I gained a 2.1 in Single Honours Linguistics and Phonetics from Leeds University.
- In 2008, I completed my PGCE in Secondary English and I was awarded a Distinction and Outstanding Teacher Practice.
- I taught for 9 years at a state school in Manchester. Here, I became Head of English Language A Level. I then taught the iGCSE in Madrid. For many years, I have examined the English Language GCSE, receiving a promotion three years ago. I now am a Team Leader and train other examiners.

Introduction
I have 12 years experience as an English teacher and I have been tutoring online for 5 years. As an examiner and Team Leader for the English Language GCSE, I have an in depth knowledge of the course. My lessons are interactive and tailored for the specific needs of each student. I am to challenge and develop skills, so that potential can be reached.
