I have a BA (Hons) in Photography, a MA in Academic Practice, PG Cert in Teaching and Learning, and I am also a qualified climate change teacher with the United Nations.
I have worked at University for the Creative Arts for 6 years (Technical tutor), University of the Arts London 8 years (Associate Lecturer and Technical tutor) and Kingston University for 3 years (Short course Lecturer) and now currently London College for Design and Fashion as Senior Lecturer.
I have also been visiting lecturer at Aalto University in Helsinki and BTK University in Berlin. Both MA Photography courses, helping students with Ideas as well as lecturing and curating an exhibition.
I am currently Lecturer in photography at Australian University 'RMIT University Vietnam'. And currently undertaking a PhD in photography. I was a senior lecturer in Photography at London College for Design&Fashion Hanoi, Vietnam. I am a qualified teacher, with a distinction for my Masters in Academic Practice and PG Cert in Education. I am also a freelance photographer, having worked for Amazon, Selvedge Magazine, WaterAid and many more. I have also been a guest speaker and panel expert Royal Geographical Society. My teaching approach is student centred, reflexive and innovative with non-judgemental and positive outlook. I have also been nominated for a teaching award at UAL.
