About me
Introduction
I am a highly motivated, hard-working and conscientious individual with a passion for Maths, which I love to share. I believe that everyone can ‘do Maths’ and enjoy the challenge of finding the right way to explain concepts to different students. My tutoring style is supportive and encouraging, always starting at a level that the student can manage and building in difficulty, which increases their confidence. I have developed a wide range of resources so I can offer challenging questions at the appropriate level, tailored to each student.
I have experience of preparing students for GCSE and A Level Maths and Further Maths, as well as a variety of university entrance exams, including STEP Maths, TMUA (Test of Mathematics for University Admission, Cambridge), MAT (Maths Admission Test, Oxford) and the Maths element of the NSAA (Natural Sciences Admissions Test).
