Introduction
Hello! I'm Linge, a dedicated biology enthusiast with a robust academic background. I completed my Master's degree in Plant Sciences at Leiden University, specialising in environmental biology. I finished my PhD at Utrecht University, my research focuses on understanding the response of shade stress in tomato .
In my research, I employ advanced microscopy techniques such as confocal and normal microscopes and RNA-seq skills. Additionally, my expertise extends to bioinformatics, utilizing tools like R for RNA-seq analysis. I bring hands-on experience in various molecular techniques. I seamlessly integrate molecular research with evolutionary skills, conducting analyses such as ancestral state reconstruction and various phylogenetic studies.
Beyond my academic pursuits, I have supervised 8 graduate programs and 2 master's programs, maintaining an average rating of 8.0/10. With over three years of part-time experience as an AP/BP biology and chemistry tutor, I am eager to share my passion and knowledge with students.
