About me
Introduction
As a LAMDA tutor, I am passionate about helping young people to learn key communication and performance skills which can equip them on their school journey and throughout their life. My lessons are creative, practical, informative, and fun, and my aim is for my students to walk away feeling empowered and energised from the work we have explored together!
Lucy has a BA in History of Art (University of Leeds) and an MA in Professional Acting (ALRA). Since 2021 Lucy has worked as a freelance LAMDA Tutor alongside her work as a professional actor - she has experience preparing young people for performance and communication exams in both group and 1-1 settings and her students consistently achieve excellent results. Outside of teaching, her acting work includes: SLOW HORSES (Apple TV+) and work at Theatre 503, The Lowry, Salford, Antic Disposition, Gdansk Shakespeare Theatre and Vienna's English Theatre.
