I am a detail-oriented and highly adaptable graduate from the University of Cambridge with a 5-year background in various Psychology fields. As a global citizen that was made in China who went to American undergraduate and graduate from Cambridge, I believe I can bring a global perspective and passion for working in multicultural environments. In addition, I worked for a non-profit organisation in my undergrad to help a diverse range of students and professors with mental health disorders to achieve academic success by coaching them strategies to stress less, manage time, and reduce procrastination either one-to-one or by workshops. In an education company based in New York and Shenzhen, I found students ‘capability gaps and designed personalised education and career plans to support their academic needs and taught them to how to act on it. My hands-on experience in educational consulting, academic coaching, and teaching has provided me with students communication, interaction, negotiation, and facilitation skills. With a strong background in psychological research, I have developed problem-solving, data analysis, and multi-tasking abilities. I have successfully managed projects, from designing cross-cultural studies to delivering data-driven insights that provide decision-making. Bilingual in English and Chinese, and currently learning Spanish, I am excited to apply my skills and experiences to make an valuable impact in your company.
