I hold a Ph.D. in Applied Computing, specialising in Java, Python, C++, R, and MATLAB to solve practical problems. I am currently working as a technical expert in the programming language team of a top big tech company.
I hold an M.Sc. in Advanced Computing with Distinction (GPA 71/100) from Imperial College London, and I excel in both academic tutoring and admission guidance.
I also hold a B.Eng. (GPA 90.3/100) with honours in Computer Science from Beijing University of Technology, with one year at the University at Buffalo (GPA 4.00/4.00), the State University of New York, and one year at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (GPA 9.3/10.0).
I have a great enthusiasm for teaching, especially in Computer Science and Mathematics, with five years of teaching experience in higher education institutions. My teaching experience spans over 500 hours in A-Levels and higher education. I have served as the examiner for the first-year project in the Department of Computer Science for three consecutive years. It also includes four years in the Department of Computer Science at Brunel University London and one year at BJUT, where I taught Object-Oriented Programming.
I can teach in both Chinese and English fluently.
