Adam M.

Adam graduated at the top of his cohort (1/71) in Land Economy (Law & Economics) from the University of Cambridge, where he was awarded the prestigious Winifred Georgina Holgate Pollard Memorial Prize. His dissertation, which scored 86, introduced a new theory in urban economics that explored the application of land taxation to modern urban economic theory. Adam’s research found that this approach could enhance both equity and the efficiency of cities, offering valuable insights for policymakers. He is currently working on developing these findings into a series of published articles in collaboration with other academics.

In addition to his research, Adam has accumulated over 300 hours of tutoring experience. This includes tutoring undergraduate Economics (first- and second-year), A-Level Mathematics and Economics, EPQ support (with an economics focus), and a range of GCSE subjects. He has also guided numerous Oxbridge applicants through the personal statement and interview preparation process.
