Work Experience:
As a dedicated educator with a strong academic background and a passion for student-centred learning, I specialise in creating inclusive, intellectually stimulating classrooms that cater to diverse learners. My expertise in teaching English to both native and non-native speakers, combined with a deep understanding of pedagogical best practices, allows me to foster comprehension, critical thinking, and lifelong curiosity in every student.
I hold a Bachelors degree in Education from the University of Edinburgh and Master’s in Educational Planning from UCL, where my research compared education systems in China and the UK, highlighting the strengths and challenges of each. This study reinforced my belief in adaptive, evidence-based teaching—balancing rigour with student wellbeing. To further refine my practice, I have completed a CELTA certification and a Let’s Think in English course (King’s College London), ensuring my methods remain innovative and research-led.
