I am very passionate about teaching. With almost 20 years experience, I am very knowledgeable about language learning and even contribute to the writing of the CEFR, the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. I am expert in teaching English for Academic Purposes (EAP), the IELTS exam, the Cambridge English exams: PET, FCE, CAE, and CPE, and Business English. As a translator I also have a keen eye for proofreading and editing. I myself graduated from a British Russell Group University (Ivy League) with a degree in Modern Languages and then qualified as a translator. I also hold Cambridge University's Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults. My aim is to ensure that the students themselves are always the focus of the lesson and to draw on their existing language knowledge as a foundation from which to achieve new goals.
