Work Experience
May is a Deputy Course Director for BA (Hons) in Global Business Management—Year 2 and Lecturer in Business and Management at Coventry University London. May holds external examinerships at the University of Suffolk and the University of Gloucestershire. She delivers executive coaching programmes at SERC. May is an Assessor for the University of Cambridge CISL eight-week sustainability online courses.
May possesses twelve years' experience contributing to leading Customer Success, Corporate Responsibility, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Learning functions in management consulting, information technology services and advisory, arts and heritage, and non-profit sectors in London and Hong Kong SAR, and has worked for organisations such as Gartner, and Thomson Reuters.
With research interests across sustainability leadership capacity, sustainable landscape management, and customer and visitor engagement, May is an MSc in Applied Landscape Archaeology candidate at the University of Oxford and a PGCert in Academic Practice in Higher Education candidate at Coventry University. She holds an MSt in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge, an MA in Managing Archaeological Sites from the University College London (UCL), and a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from Central Saint Martins, UAL.
