Years of working experience in multinational companies have allowed me to master systematic working methods and problem-solving skills. In the mean time, it also shaped my rigorous, responsible and team spirit character. I have a clear understanding and adaptability to the cultural differences between the East and the West. After switching careers to become a teacher, I have a clearer understanding of the mission and responsibility of an educator. After studying systematic teaching methods and educational theories, I actively participated in teaching work and accumulated practical work experience. In front-line teaching, I am even more determined to become a caring, patient and dedicated educator.
